The Order Taker (In-Villa Dining) receives guest calls and accurately records food and beverage orders, explains menu items, confirms special requests, coordinates with the kitchen and service team, and follows up to ensure timely delivery. Candidates should have hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, strong communication skills, basic computer and telephone knowledge, good English, and a professional telephone manner. The role requires attention to detail, a calm and courteous approach, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours in a luxury resort environment. Experience with hotel ordering or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
