Chef de Partie

Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing and cooking dishes to Pullman’s quality and presentation standards, and supporting smooth service. Candidates should have commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent experience, previous experience in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen, strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The role requires teamwork, organisation, attention to detail, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean workstation, minimise waste, follow recipes and cost controls, assist with training junior team members, and contribute positively to the hotel’s guest-focused culture.
