The Butler Communications Specialist supports Raffles Singapore’s butler service by managing guest communications, requests, follow-ups and coordination with hotel departments. Requirements typically include experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge or communications, excellent spoken and written English, strong telephone and digital communication skills, and confidence using hotel systems. Additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be polished, discreet, responsive and highly organised, with a strong understanding of personalised service. They should anticipate guest needs, maintain accurate records, handle confidential information professionally, resolve requests efficiently and work closely with butlers and operational teams to deliver the refined, personalised experience associated with the Raffles brand.
