The Materials Planning Supervisor manages the forecasting, ordering, availability and control of aircraft or engineering materials to support safe and efficient maintenance operations. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business or a related field, together with several years of experience in materials planning, inventory control or aviation supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, warehouse systems, demand forecasting and ERP software is expected. The candidate should be analytical, organised and confident working with suppliers and maintenance teams. Good communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. As this is an Emiratisation role, the position is intended for a UAE national and may require compliance with relevant national employment programme conditions.
