Experience in technical instruction, competency assessment or aircraft maintenance training is highly desirable. The role requires strong communication, organisation and coaching skills, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to maintain consistent assessment standards. As an Emiratisation position, applicants are expected to meet applicable UAE national employment requirements and demonstrate a professional, safety-focused approach.
