Job Description

The Chef de Cuisine leads the kitchen operation at Sage Grill, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, presentation, purchasing, cost control, hygiene, and team performance. Candidates should have substantial experience as a chef in a high-end hotel, resort, or quality restaurant, with strong knowledge of modern cuisine, kitchen systems, and food safety standards. Culinary training and experience managing multicultural teams are highly desirable.
