Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of Vintana restaurant at Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu, helping ensure excellent food and beverage service, guest satisfaction, sales performance, and compliance with company standards. Requirements typically include a hospitality or related qualification, relevant experience in restaurant or hotel operations, supervisory ability, strong communication skills, and good knowledge of food and beverage service. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate staff, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, handle guest concerns professionally, monitor service quality, control costs, and assist with scheduling, training, and outlet administration. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.
