Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable, credit control, billing, reconciliations, collections, and related financial reporting for Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, with several years of hotel or commercial accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable procedures, credit policies, internal controls, and accounting systems is expected. Familiarity with hotel operations and relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is advantageous. The successful candidate should be accurate, organized, commercially aware, and confident when communicating with customers and internal departments. The role also requires supervisory ability, problem-solving skills, integrity, and the capacity to meet reporting and collection deadlines in a busy hospitality environment.
