Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical requirements include relevant hotel or security experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills, physical fitness, and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting and local regulations. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit may be required. The successful candidate is expected to supervise daily security operations, coordinate patrols, respond calmly to incidents, support investigations, prepare reports, monitor CCTV and access points, and work closely with hotel departments and emergency services. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
