Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and facilities. Typical duties include patrolling the premises, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, assisting with emergencies, and enforcing hotel security procedures. Candidates should normally have relevant security or hospitality experience, good observation and communication skills, physical fitness, and a calm, professional approach. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or willingness to obtain the required licence may be expected. The role requires shift work, including overnight, weekend and public-holiday duties. Candidates should be customer-focused, discreet, dependable, able to work independently or in a team, and comfortable handling sensitive situations diplomatically.
