Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports daily operations at Shang Palace, Shangri-La’s Chinese restaurant, helping ensure excellent service, food quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination between front- and back-of-house teams. Requirements typically include a hospitality or business-related qualification, several years of restaurant experience, and supervisory experience in an upscale hotel or dining environment. The candidate should understand restaurant procedures, staff scheduling, service standards, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
