Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor supports the smooth daily operation of the hotel’s restaurant or food and beverage outlet. Requirements typically include previous hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and good knowledge of service standards. Fluency in English and Cantonese is advantageous in Hong Kong. The successful candidate is expected to supervise service staff, coordinate seating and table assignments, monitor cleanliness and presentation, handle guest requests or complaints professionally, assist with training, and ensure company and food-safety procedures are followed. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential. Experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant, together with the ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods, would be highly valued.
