The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Shangri-La standards. Typical requirements include relevant culinary training, previous experience in a hotel or professional kitchen, knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately. The successful candidate should be organized, reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
