Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining service standards, managing team performance, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Candidates should have relevant hospitality or hotel management experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial F&B role. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, menu and beverage service, staff scheduling, inventory control, and hygiene standards is expected. The role requires leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience with international luxury hospitality brands and good English communication skills would be advantageous.
