Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and room requests, provides information about hotel facilities and local attractions, responds to concerns, and maintains accurate guest records. Candidates typically need a diploma or certificate in hospitality, tourism, or a related field, although relevant customer-service experience may be accepted. Good English communication, a professional appearance, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal skills are expected. Additional language skills are advantageous. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with a helpful attitude, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm while resolving guest issues.
