Job Description

The Service Manager – F&B is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining Shangri-La service standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Candidates should have relevant hotel or restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, staff scheduling, inventory control, hygiene standards, and complaint resolution. Good communication, leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires a hands-on manager who can coach colleagues, coordinate with kitchens and other departments, manage busy service periods, and support revenue and cost-control targets. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected, together with a professional and guest-focused attitude.
