The company is known for personalized service, Asian-inspired hospitality, and high standards of guest care. Destination Guide

The Maldives offers hospitality careers in resorts, hotels, restaurants, diving, watersports, engineering, finance, wellness, and guest services. Resort islands are usually international workplaces, while local islands provide a more traditional Maldivian lifestyle. Maldivian culture is friendly and community-focused, with Islam shaping daily customs; modest dress and respectful behavior are expected outside resort areas. Resort life is beautiful but can feel remote, with shared staff housing, scheduled transport, limited shopping, and fewer urban conveniences. Male is the main commercial center, while destinations such as Addu Atoll offer a quieter environment and strong marine tourism. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored Employment Approval and work visa, arranged through the company before or after arrival according to immigration procedures. Employers commonly provide accommodation, meals, flights, medical coverage, and work permits, but benefits vary. Candidates should confirm contract terms, roster, overtime, gratuity, insurance, and relocation arrangements before accepting an offer.
