Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Duties typically include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, conducting patrols, supporting emergency procedures and coordinating with police or emergency services when required. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial or security experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills and a calm, professional approach. A valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit, first-aid knowledge and familiarity with fire, emergency and incident procedures are advantageous. Cantonese and English communication skills are generally expected. The role involves shift work, weekends and public holidays, with high standards of discretion, alertness and customer service.
