Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer protects guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities typically include patrols, access control, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, responding to incidents, preparing reports, assisting guests and supporting emergency procedures. Candidates should have relevant security or hospitality experience, good physical fitness, sound judgment and strong communication skills. For Hong Kong, a valid Security Personnel Permit and knowledge of local security procedures may be required. Cantonese and English are highly useful, while Mandarin is an advantage. The role requires professionalism, discretion, customer-service awareness and flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
