Job Description

The In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress serves food and beverages to guest rooms, takes orders accurately, explains menu items, sets up trays or trolleys, clears service equipment, and handles payments or billing procedures. Candidates should have hospitality or restaurant experience, good English and Cantonese communication skills, a polite and well-presented manner, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of hotel service standards and additional languages is advantageous. The role requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays, strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a guest-focused attitude.
