Job Description

The Spa Therapist is expected to deliver professional massages, facials, body treatments and other wellness services while maintaining Shangri-La’s standards of care. Candidates should hold a recognised beauty, wellness or massage qualification and have relevant experience in a hotel, resort, spa or salon environment. Strong knowledge of treatment procedures, hygiene and workplace safety is important. The role requires excellent grooming, communication and customer-service skills, along with the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products. Candidates should be comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays, remain calm under pressure, and create a warm, personalised experience for every guest.
