Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, responds to enquiries, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, and resolves guest concerns professionally. Candidates should usually have hospitality, front office, or customer-service experience, good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a polished, service-focused attitude. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with strong communication, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Shangri-La expects employees to deliver warm, personalized service while representing the hotel’s standards and values.
