Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Duties typically include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, preparing reports, supporting emergency procedures and coordinating with police or emergency services when required. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial or security experience, good knowledge of security procedures and strong communication skills. First-aid, fire-safety and security training are advantageous. The role requires leadership, sound judgment, professional appearance, discretion and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays is expected.
