Candidates should have solid carpentry experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, commercial building or similar environment, with good knowledge of woodworking tools, materials and finishing techniques. Relevant technical training or trade certification is advantageous. The role requires attention to detail, safe working practices, reliable problem-solving skills and the ability to complete planned and emergency maintenance requests. The successful candidate is expected to work independently, support engineering colleagues, maintain high presentation standards and deliver courteous service while minimizing disruption to guests and hotel operations.
