The Senior Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, payroll administration and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations. Candidates are generally expected to hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with several years of hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong knowledge of local labour laws, HR systems and workplace policies is preferred.
