Job Description

The Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, visitors, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Requirements typically include relevant security or hotel experience, supervisory or management background, strong knowledge of emergency procedures, incident investigation, access control and local regulations. Experience in a luxury hospitality setting, security certification, first-aid training and familiarity with Singapore safety requirements are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and train the security team, coordinate with police and emergency services, monitor surveillance and patrol operations, prepare reports, manage incidents professionally and support the hotel’s risk-management procedures. Excellent communication, sound judgment, integrity, calm decision-making and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential.
