Job Description

The Security Executive is responsible for protecting guests, employees, hotel property and daily operations at Shangri-La Singapore. Requirements typically include relevant security or hospitality experience, good communication skills, physical fitness, integrity and the ability to remain calm during emergencies. Familiarity with access control, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, fire and life-safety procedures, and Singapore security regulations is advantageous. The candidate is expected to conduct patrols, respond promptly to incidents, assist guests professionally, enforce hotel policies, coordinate with emergency services when necessary, and maintain accurate reports. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
