Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is expected to oversee daily floor operations, maintain excellent guest service, coordinate staff assignments, monitor service standards, and handle guest requests or complaints professionally. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a busy environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service, hygiene procedures, point-of-sale systems, and basic operational reporting is advantageous. Fluency in English is generally required, while Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages may be beneficial in Hong Kong. The successful candidate should be attentive, flexible, well presented, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
