Job Description

The Spa Coordinator supports the smooth daily operation of the spa by welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling telephone and email enquiries, explaining treatments, processing payments, and coordinating with therapists and other hotel departments. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a polished presentation, good organisational ability, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in a hotel, spa, beauty, or hospitality setting is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be warm, discreet, attentive to detail, flexible with shifts, and able to maintain Shangri-La’s service standards while handling guest requests professionally.
