Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations across hotel dining outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient staffing, product quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and good communication and leadership skills. The role requires supervising team members, coordinating shifts, handling guest feedback, supporting training, monitoring stock and controlling operating costs. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected.
