Job Description

The Administrator (F&B) supports the Food and Beverage department with office administration, reports, correspondence, scheduling, record keeping, purchasing documentation and coordination between restaurants, kitchens and management. Candidates should have strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office. Previous administrative or hospitality experience is preferred, along with a professional appearance, customer-service attitude and the ability to manage confidential information. The role requires flexibility, teamwork and the ability to work accurately in a busy hotel environment, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
