Laundry Operator (洗衣員)

Job Description

The Laundry Operator is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding and distributing hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry. Requirements usually include previous laundry, housekeeping or hotel experience, basic knowledge of commercial washing and pressing equipment, physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate should maintain high hygiene standards, handle fabrics carefully, follow safety procedures and meet the hotel’s quality and turnaround expectations. Cantonese or English communication skills are useful, while a reliable, cooperative and service-minded attitude is essential.
