Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in the Tuggerah branch by understanding their needs and providing suitable everyday banking, lending, transaction and digital banking solutions. Requirements generally include customer service or retail experience, strong communication skills, confidence using technology, attention to detail and the ability to meet regulatory and compliance obligations. Candidates are expected to build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to assist customers, complete transactions accurately, promote digital services and contribute to branch targets. A collaborative attitude, willingness to learn ANZ products and the ability to work flexible branch hours are important. Banking or financial-services experience is beneficial but may not be essential.
