Job Description

The Head of Digital Channel, Mobile leads ANZ’s mobile banking channel strategy, product direction, customer experience and ongoing digital improvement. The role requires strong experience in digital banking, mobile product management, channel optimisation, customer journeys, technology delivery and commercial performance. Candidates should be capable of setting a clear vision, managing senior stakeholders, using customer and data insights, and leading multidisciplinary teams across product, technology, design, risk and operations. Experience delivering secure, compliant and scalable mobile products in a large financial institution is highly desirable. ANZ will expect strategic thinking, strong people leadership, effective communication, sound judgement and the ability to turn customer needs into measurable business outcomes.
