Controls Testing Specialist

Job Description

The Controls Testing Specialist supports ANZ’s control assurance program by assessing whether key controls are suitably designed and operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include planning and completing control tests, reviewing evidence, documenting results, identifying gaps, assessing risks, and preparing clear reports for stakeholders. The role requires experience in controls testing, risk management, internal audit, compliance, or assurance, together with strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
