Job Description

As a Banking Consultant, you will support customers with everyday banking needs, including account services, transactions, digital banking assistance, lending enquiries and product guidance. The role requires strong customer-service and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using technology, and the ability to follow banking, privacy and compliance procedures. Previous retail, hospitality, financial-services or customer-facing experience is useful, although ANZ may provide training. Candidates are expected to build trusted relationships, identify customer needs, contribute to branch and team targets, handle sensitive information responsibly, and deliver a positive experience across in-person and digital channels. Flexibility to work within branch operating hours and across the Sutherland, Illawarra or Highlands areas may be required.
