Job Description

The Value & Access Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology, APMA, leads market access and pricing strategy across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. The role requires strong experience in pharmaceutical market access, health economics, reimbursement, pricing, payer engagement and oncology, together with regional leadership capability. The successful candidate should understand diverse healthcare systems, shape evidence-generation plans, support product launches and demonstrate the value of innovative medicines to governments, payers and healthcare stakeholders. Candidates are expected to influence senior internal and external decision-makers, collaborate with medical, commercial, regulatory and policy teams, manage complex regional priorities, and communicate effectively across cultures. Advanced strategic, analytical and negotiation skills, along with a relevant scientific, medical, business or economics qualification, are typically required.
