Job Description

The Customer Service Representative supports BlueScope customers by processing orders, responding to enquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with sales, production and logistics teams. The role typically requires strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, along with confidence using CRM, order-management and Microsoft Office systems. Experience in customer service, sales administration, manufacturing or a related industry is advantageous. Candidates are expected to build trusted customer relationships, manage competing priorities accurately, follow safety and company procedures, and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
