Job Description

The Steward supports the kitchen and food-and-beverage teams by washing dishes, utensils, cookware and equipment, maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and storage areas, removing waste safely, and following hygiene and safety standards. Requirements typically include a willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, physical stamina for standing and lifting, attention to cleanliness, teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous stewarding, kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, professional, service-minded and able to follow instructions while maintaining Four Seasons standards.
