Job Description

The Reservation Agent manages room reservations by phone, email, and online channels, accurately records guest details, explains rates and packages, and supports cancellations, amendments, and special requests. Candidates are expected to have hospitality or reservations experience, strong English communication skills, good computer and booking-system knowledge, and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of additional languages and experience with luxury hotels are advantageous. The role requires a professional telephone manner, confident sales and upselling skills, reliable follow-through, and a guest-focused attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
