The Spa Therapist delivers professional massage, body treatments, facials and wellness services in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Candidates should have relevant spa or beauty therapy qualifications, practical experience, strong knowledge of treatment techniques, and a professional understanding of hygiene and guest care. Excellent communication skills, a warm personality, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, maintain treatment rooms and equipment, recommend suitable services or products, and provide a consistently personalized guest experience. Experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa is advantageous, as is knowledge of multiple massage techniques.
