Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie and kitchen team with daily food preparation, cooking, plating and service across the assigned section. Candidates should have professional culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, sound knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and HACCP standards, and the ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately. The role requires stamina, discipline, attention to detail and a willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
