Reservations Agent (Cluster Role)

Job Description

The Reservations Agent handles room reservations, amendments, cancellations, inquiries, and guest requests for the hotel cluster while maximizing occupancy and revenue. Candidates should have hotel reservations, front office, or customer-service experience, strong written and spoken English, good computer skills, and preferably familiarity with Opera or another property-management system. Knowledge of Malaysian languages and additional international languages is advantageous. The role requires excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Candidates are expected to deliver Four Seasons service standards, communicate effectively with guests and internal departments, protect guest information, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
