The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager in protecting guests, employees, property, and company assets at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay. Requirements generally include security or hospitality experience, supervisory capability, strong communication skills, incident-reporting knowledge, and familiarity with emergency procedures, local regulations, and loss prevention. Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, military, police, or related environment is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, maintain professional guest service, coordinate with local authorities, conduct patrols and investigations, train security officers, respond calmly to emergencies, and ensure consistent compliance with Four Seasons standards.
