Job Description

Meta’s Product Software Engineers design, build, test, and maintain scalable products and services used by people worldwide. The role typically requires a degree in computer science or a related field, strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with software development, algorithms, data structures, and debugging. Candidates are expected to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers; translate product requirements into reliable technical solutions; write maintainable code; contribute to architecture and technical decisions; and work comfortably in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. Experience with distributed systems, mobile or web development, databases, and large-scale platforms is advantageous.
