Director, Manufacturing Transformation

This senior role is expected to lead manufacturing transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, technology, and supplier or production ecosystems. Requirements typically include substantial experience in manufacturing, operations transformation, industrial engineering, supply-chain management, or technology-led change, together with a strong record of managing complex global programs. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with engineering, product, procurement, finance, and external manufacturing partners.
