Job Description

The Security Guard supports the protection of guests, employees, property and resort assets at Four Seasons Mauritius. Typical responsibilities include patrolling the premises, monitoring access points and CCTV, responding to incidents, preparing reports, assisting during emergencies and enforcing safety and security procedures. Candidates should usually have prior security, hotel or customer-service experience, good physical fitness, strong observation skills and a calm, professional manner. Fluency in English is important; French and Mauritian Creole are valuable advantages. First-aid, fire-safety or security training is beneficial. The role requires integrity, discretion, excellent communication, reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
