Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by managing correspondence, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining client and account records, coordinating appointments, and assisting with sales activities and events. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in hotel sales, administration, events, or a related hospitality role; strong organizational and communication skills; professional English and Japanese ability; and confidence using Microsoft Office and hotel systems. The role requires attention to detail, discretion, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. A courteous, polished manner and genuine interest in luxury hospitality are essential. Knowledge of Kyoto’s hotel, tourism, and corporate markets is advantageous.
