Job Description

The Reservation Agent manages guest reservations, amendments, cancellations and enquiries across telephone, email and online channels. Requirements typically include previous hotel reservations, front office or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using reservation or property-management systems. Fluency in English and the ability to handle payment and booking information accurately are essential. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, efficient service, understand room types and hotel facilities, meet sales and accuracy targets, protect guest confidentiality and coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is generally required, together with a polished appearance and a genuine interest in luxury hospitality.
