Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section and producing consistently high-quality dishes in line with Four Seasons standards. Requirements typically include professional cookery training, relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or fine-dining kitchen, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to prepare ingredients, monitor quality and presentation, maintain an organised and hygienic workstation, follow recipes and portion controls, support junior kitchen team members, and communicate effectively with chefs and service colleagues.
